Use of this tool is entirely voluntary. If a user chooses to use it, size measurements are calculated on the basis of the data provided voluntarily (e.g. height, weight and body shape) in order to recommend the appropriate clothing size. Body measurements are transmitted in anonymised form; only the resulting size recommendation is passed on to Angels GmbH. Provided by Intuit Inc., USA. We use Mailchimp for sending newsletters and marketing automation. When registering, we process your email address, time of registration, IP address, and any voluntary information (e.g., name). Registration uses a Double-Opt-in process. Success measurement (e.g., open rates, link clicks) is used to optimize communication. Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You may revoke consent at any time via the unsubscribe link. Data transfer to the USA occurs via Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.  

We use the Google Customer Match service provided by
Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as part of our online advertising activities.

Google Customer Match enables us to use our own customer data to deliver targeted advertising and to reach new potential customers who show similar characteristics to our existing customers (so‑called “similar audiences”).

For this purpose, we use first‑party data of existing customers that you have voluntarily provided to us in the course of a purchase or when creating a customer account (e.g. email addresses).

Prior to transmission to Google, these data are pseudonymised using a hashing process. The data are not transmitted in plain text and cannot be directly assigned to a specific individual by Google.

Google may compare the hashed data with existing Google user accounts and use this information to display personalised advertising and to create similar audiences. We do not combine the transmitted data with any other personal data.

Legal Basis

The processing is carried out on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, provided that you have consented to the use of your personal data for marketing and advertising purposes.

Transfer of Data to Third Countries

In the course of using Google Customer Match, data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC located in the United States. Such data transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular the use of EU standard contractual clauses.

Storage Period

The data used for Google Customer Match are processed only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes and are subsequently deleted or updated.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for personalised advertising at any time with effect for the future. The withdrawal may be made in particular:

Upon withdrawal, your data will no longer be used for Google Customer Match.

Provider: PAQATO GmbH, Johann-Krane-Weg 6, 48149 Münster, Germany To allow you to track your shipment after placing an order and to process returns, we use the service of PAQATO GmbH. On our behalf, Paqato sends shipping notifications and delivery status updates by email, and operates the returns portal through which you can initiate and manage returns. For this purpose, we transmit the following personal data to Paqato after handover of the parcel: · Email address · First and last name · Delivery address · Tracking number · Order details (for returns processing)

Paqato processes the data exclusively for the purposes stated above and does not pass it on to third parties. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Paqato in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
