Use of the online shop

Personal data is collected when you provide it to us when ordering goods or opening a customer account. All customer data is stored and processed by us in compliance with the relevant data protection laws.


We collect the following data from you when you place an order:

·       Contact details (e-mail, telephone)

We use the data provided by you without your separate consent solely for the fulfilment and processing of your order. This also includes the forwarding of your data to shipping service providers in order to deliver your order. If this is necessary for payment processing, we will also pass on your data to our bank or an external payment service provider (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Klarna invoice, Zinia invoice and Amazon Pay). Mandatory information required for processing the order is marked specially. The remaining information is voluntary.

You can voluntarily create a customer account, where your data can be saved for future purchases. If you create a customer account, the data you provide will be stored on a revocable basis. You can request to have your customer account and the data it contains deleted via our customer service. If your data is subject to a statutory retention obligation, its processing will be restricted and deleted at the end of the statutory retention period.


Once the contract has been fully performed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired.


The legal basis for the processing of this data in connection with processing your order and creating and managing your customer account is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The legal basis for the storage of your data due to retention periods under commercial and tax law is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR

Automated decision-making

In case of advance performance by us, e.g. when purchasing on account, it is necessary to obtain identity and credit information from specialised service companies (credit agencies) to conclude the contract in accordance with Art. 22 para. 2 lit. a GDPR. Data security

Your personal data is transmitted over the internet in encrypted form during the ordering process using 128bit SSL. Credit card details are not stored, but are collected and processed directly by our payment service provider. We use technical and organisational measures to secure our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should always keep your login information confidential and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with us, especially if you share your computer with others.

Use of Google Analytics

Data transfer to countries outside the European Union does not take place and is not planned.

General deadlines for the erasure of data

The legislator has enacted numerous retention obligations; mainly, they stipulate a retention period of 10 years, although some are shorter. In addition, articles of association and contractual agreements may stipulate retention periods which deviate from those provided for by statute.

 After these periods have expired, the relevant data is routinely deleted if it is no longer required to perform the contract.

Data which is not affected by this will be deleted when the purpose for which it was held no longer applies.
